I had a great experience working with Greg Roberts at the Kunes Chevrolet Morrison location! I was struggling, trying to decide between the Trailblazer and the Equinox. Both beautiful vehicles, just needed some help and guidance on which one would work for my needs! Greg has some great questions and insights to assist on making the right choice! Jason and Josh were super to work with on all the paperwork and making it a quick and easy experience! We are now a 2 Equinox family! My daughter got hers last year from Greg!

Greg Roberts was an awesome salesperson for the purchase of my new 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn truck. I was very pleased with his knowledge of all the vehicle features, and he took the time to demonstrate all of them. I feel like I got a great deal on my trade-in, as well as the overall purchase price. I am very glad I came to Kunes in Morrison, after I'd already visited the Rockford Dodge dealer. Kunes had the perfect selection and a better price. Also, Jason in finance was very knowledgeable and the paperwork and explanations were concise and he explained the questions I had. Greg Roberts was great to deal with, along with the whole staff at Kunes in Morrison. I like the small town atmosphere in this dealership. I'd definitely go to Kunes of Morrison again if they had the vehicle I was wanting, even with them being 1.5 hour drive one way. Until I met Greg Roberts at Kunes in Morrison, I had never been a repeat buyer of any dealership. I’ve since purchased four vehicles within the last two years and will continue to take my business there for as long as I’m able. Greg is friendly and knowledgeable, and has always made himself available to answer any questions I’ve had. The atmosphere is very laid back and I recommend Greg & the entire Kunes crew to everyone I come across who is looking for a new vehicle.

I got my 2019 Jeep here !! Every other dealership hassled me and didn’t listen to what I wanted in a suv!! No body wanted to work with me because my credit wasn’t the best but my sales guy hector ruiz was the best !! He got me in the car / suv I wanted at a great price plus he even helped me move all my stuff over to the new car while my kids were with me he held my lil one so I could move over the stuff I had in my car . He has always had the best customer service and even when I go in now to the dealership to get my oil done he always welcomes me and ask how my car Is doing if I have any questions and ask about my kids !! He’s def one of the best sales man I have ever dealt with and he deserves a raise and a promotion !! This dealership is the best around and always makes you feel like family !! They don’t hassle you and they genuinely care about getting you in the car you want !! I will forever be a kunes girl and I will always buy from hector as long as he’s here !! Thank you kunes and hector for the great customer service and getting me in my perfect car !!

Absolute garbage service. The service center manager is rude and does not resolve any issues, or have any idea as to how a shop should be ran. I had brought my vehicle back 3 times for them to tell me they fixed only what I had advised instead of finding everything that was wrong in the first place. Payed for an alignment at my service center, that should have been done prior to my purchase. Had to fight tooth and nail to get reimbursed for the alignment they should have provided before selling the vehicle. Had to take my car to my own shop, for my guys to diagnose what was wrong. Kunes in morrison NEVER completed an inspection, or even an oil change before selling me the car, which was admitted by the service center manager.The vehicle was claimed to be inspected when selling me the overpriced vehicle. I'd give no stars but cant post without any. On a good note, John Parent is an absolute God when it comes to customer service, and if it weren't for him i would have returned the vehicle and ended my business with kunes....
